These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SwiftTransfer remittance service, operated by 16591426 Canada Inc., a registered Money Services Business (MSB #C100000706). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

SwiftTransfer provides an online platform for sending money from Canada (CAD) to Burundi (BIF). Payments are processed via Interac e-Transfer through our payment partner, and funds are delivered to recipients in Burundi via local payout partners.

Eligibility

To use SwiftTransfer, you must: Be at least 18 years old Be a resident of Canada Have a valid Canadian bank account with Interac e-Transfer capability Complete identity verification (KYC) as required by law

Transfer Limits

Minimum transfer: $100 CAD per transaction Maximum transfer: $9,999 CAD per transaction These limits may change and additional limits may apply based on your verification status and applicable regulations.

Exchange Rates and Fees

Exchange rates are displayed before you confirm a transfer and are locked at the time of transaction creation. SwiftTransfer may include a margin in the exchange rate. The rate shown is the rate you receive. There are no hidden fees.

Your Obligations

You agree to: Provide accurate and truthful information Not use SwiftTransfer for illegal purposes, money laundering, or terrorist financing Complete identity verification when requested Keep your account credentials secure Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

Limitation of Liability

SwiftTransfer is not liable for: Delays caused by banks, payment processors, or payout partners Losses due to incorrect recipient information provided by you Service interruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control Our total liability is limited to the amount of your most recent transaction.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Pending transactions will be completed or refunded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
